The vanilla edition includes 5 new enemy types: the chaingunner for the Ultimate Doom, the Nightmare Imp, the Lost Spectre, the Hell Spectre and the Red Baron. The new monsters are mainly variations on the old ones that add a little variety without being excessive. The enhanced edition is for those that want lots of custom monsters. Almost every original monster is randomized, with the Arch Vile being the only monster that isn't. All of the custom monsters were chosen from the Beastiary based on how well they compliment the originals. As an example, expect various classes of imps to spawn where imps normally do along with the original variety. Each monster class has no more than 5 varieties, with most having 2 or 3. Many new ones are added and have been carefully selected and placed to present new and unexpected challenges while attempting to maintain a semblance of the original difficulty intended by any given map's author as well as to maintain the original atmosphere of the games. New weapons have also been added in an attempt to maintain these balances but also have been chosen to fit the original atmosphere. A seperate text document, zp-zeros.txt, has been included and contains the full storyline and whatnot. Rejoice, ye who are interested in that kind of stuff. Adds new hud and a optional "realistic" difficulty" for those who like games fast and deadly. Mutiny also makes use of GZDoom's built-in inventory system, giving you an arsenal of power-ups. Also replaces the bosses with insane new ones. Unlike other mods, It is possible to play this mod without the weapon/monster randomizer, just use the base wad without the spawner. With Smart Scavenger, those large pickups now break down into smaller pickups if you have more ammo or health than the amount that the pickup would normally refill, leaving the odd clip, handful of shells, rocket, cell or Stimpack on the ground to pick up when you need it. I will admit, my skills have improved gradually through time and I mainly spend my Doom time making sprite sheets for weapons and other graphics. Seeing how I've got resources strewn about my computer collecting dust, I figured I'd post them for the ZDoom community to use! Poke around and use what you must, but remember to give credit!
